Al-Ḍuḥā (Arabic: الضحى, "The Morning Hours", "Morning Bright", "The Early Hours") is the ninety-third chapter (surah) of the Qur'an, with 11 āyat or verses. Qur'an 93 takes its name from Arabic its opening word, al-ḍuḥā, "the morning".

Relief from Depression and Sadness: Surah Duha is often recited by individuals facing distress, sadness, or anxiety. Believers find solace in the reassurance that, just as the morning brightness follows the night, relief will come after challenging times.

The Prophet (saw) was disturbed and depressed believing that Allah was displeased with him, had forgotten him. When the Surah was revealed, Allah gave the Prophet (saw) hope, positivity and the assurance that Allah is with him no matter what.

Surah Adh-Dhuha - سورة الضحى And soon will thy Guardian-Lord give thee (that wherewith) thou shalt be well-pleased. Did He not find thee an orphan and give thee shelter (and care)? And He found thee wandering, and He gave thee guidance. And He found thee in need, and made thee independent.
